Get your day started off the right way by participating in an AVCA Virtual Convention Daily Workout. These workouts are available on demand so you can join in no matter when your day gets started. Our workout leaders will push you to improve your fitness through a variety of classes and fitness training routines.

Do you need a few minutes during your day to decompress and improve your mental health? Take advantage of several on demand short meditation exercises throughout the virtual convention to relax and give yourself a break from the day.
