AVCA Convention attendees are eligible to receive the following discounts on air travel to/from Kansas City International Airport (MCI):
Delta Airlines
- Offers a 3%, 5% or 8% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to/from Kansas City (MCI) December 9 – December 28, 2025.
- To receive the discount click here or visit www.delta.com and enter NY44C in the “Meeting Event Code” box in the “Advanced Search” section. You may also receive the discount by calling Delta at 800-328-1111 and referring to Meeting Event Code NY44C. Representatives will be available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. EST to assist with reservations. There is not a charge for using this toll-free reservation number.
United Airlines
- Offers a 2% – 7% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to/from San Antonio December 9 – December 24, 2026.
- To receive the discount click here and enter code ZSM5997685 if it is not automatically entered in the “Promotions and certificates” box.
- When using a travel agent or calling the United reservation line (800-426-1122) use agreement code 997685 and Z code ZSM5. Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations made online or over the phone. International attendees may contact their local United Reservation Desk.
Southwest Airlines
- Offers a 5% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare.
- Offer is valid for travel to/from Kansas City (MCI) December 13 – December 22, 2025.
