Advertising Opportunities
The AVCA Annual Convention is the largest gathering of volleyball coaches and club directors in the United States. With over 3,000 attendees, promoting your products and services at the convention is one of the most cost-effective ways to reach volleyball coaches and club directors from around the country who are the key purchasing decision makers for their teams and clubs. - Must include a hard copy proof and contact name with file.
- Advertisements not provided in required formats will be subject to additional charges.
AVCA Passport Contest
How can you get more volleyball coaches to visit your booth during the convention? One of the most effective ways is to participate in the AVCA Passport Contest! Each attendee can participate through the AVCA Convention app where they will find participating exhibitors and booth numbers. Volleyball coaches will visit your booth and scan to confirm they have visited.
Attendees who visit each participating booth by 12:15 pm on Saturday, December 19 will be eligible for great prizes. Winners are announced at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Volleyball Marketplace on Court 1. This is sure to drive traffic to your booth and leave you with more contacts than ever before. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to stand out at this year’s show!
Passport participation is FREE for those who spend a minimum of $7,500 on Convention Sponsorships.
