The twelfth annual Volleyball Business Exchange will consist of 5-minute appointments between club directors or club representatives and convention exhibitors from 6 – 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16. Each exhibitor will have 5 minutes to discuss how their product or service can benefit your club. After one appointment is completed, the club director will immediately have another 5-minute appointment with a different exhibitor. Each club director will meet with each participating exhibitor for one 5-minute appointment.
All CDC and local social distancing guidelines will be followed. Each vendor will sit at one end of an 8’ table and club representatives will sit at the other end. All tables will be set with a minimum 8′ of space between adjacent tables. Please note that due to social distancing guidelines each club and vendor can have a maximum of one representative per appointment. Clubs may switch out representatives if desired, but seating will be limited to one person for each appointment.
A maximum of 15 clubs will be eligible to participate on a first-come, first-served basis. Club representatives who participate in all appointments will receive a $150 for their time. The check will be made out to the individual registered and distributed at the end of all exchange appointments.
