The 2026 AVCA Volleyball Business Exchange (VBE) is a fast-paced networking event featuring 5-minute meetings between club directors/representatives and AVCA Convention exhibitors. Discover products, services, and solutions designed specifically for volleyball clubs while maximizing your AVCA Convention experience.
The 18th Annual Volleyball Business Exchange takes place Wednesday, Dec. 16, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in at the AVCA Convention in San Antonio in Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) Hall 4, Court 2.
Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration by Thursday, Dec. 3, is strongly encouraged.

How It Works?
- Each exhibitor has 5 minutes to share how their product/service can benefit each club
- When time is called, club representatives rotate to the next exhibitor table
- All appointments are required to ensure a valuable experience for both attendees and exhibitors. Skipping or refusing to move when time is called is not permitted
- Maximum of 18 appointments per club representative during the 90-minute event
Registration Dates
- PRE-REGISTRATION: August 11 – December 3, 2026 (Rebate check provided on-site)
- LATE REGISTRATION: December 4 – December 14, 2026 (Rebate check mailed after Jan. 4)
- ON-SITE REGISTRATION: 4:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. on December 16, 2026 (Rebate check mailed after Jan. 4)
Additional Details
- Only one registration form per club is required
- Clubs may send up to two representatives
- One $150 rebate check will be issued per club to the registered individual
- Pre-registrants will receive their rebate check at the VBE
- Registrations received after December 3, will receive rebate checks by mail after January 4, 2027
- Limited space available. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
