The twelfth annual Volleyball Business Exchange will go virtual in 2020! The Virtual Volleyball Business Exchange will consist of 5-minute appointments between club directors or club representatives and virtual convention exhibitors from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 16 and 12 – 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 17. Each exhibitor will have 5 minutes to discuss how their product or service can benefit your club. All appointments will be held in Zoom using breakout rooms. Club representatives will be sent a Zoom link for each day and will meet with each exhibitor in an individual breakout room. After one appointment is completed, the club director will immediately be assigned to a different Zoom breakout room to meet with a different exhibitor. Each club director will meet with each participating exhibitor for one 5-minute appointment over the two Volleyball Business Exchange sessions.
A maximum of 24 clubs will be eligible to participate on a first-come, first-served basis. Club representatives who participate in all appointments will receive $150 for their time. The check will be made out to the individual registered and mailed at the end of all exchange appointments. Please note you must participate in both the Wednesday and Thursday appointment sessions to receive the $150 payment.
