The auction is exclusively online, offering you an opportunity to stay up to date on your favorite items like volleyball training equipment, apparel, gift cards, electronics and much more!!

Auction items will be displayed in the auction area located near convention registration in Louisville. The auction area will be open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST on Thursday, December 19, and 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EST on Friday, December 20.

Winning Bidders
All winners will be emailed by 8:30 a.m. EST, Saturday, December 21. Winners attending the convention in Louisville may claim items between Noon – 2 p.m. EST on Saturday, December 21. Items NOT picked up on-site will be shipped from AVCA Headquarters in Lexington, KY, or directly from the vendor/donator. Please note, not all items are on-site and shipping depends on the item (as listed in the item’s description in the AVCA Auction Catalog – coming soon).

Donate to the AVCA Silent Auction!
Are you looking for a way to get your company name and product or service in front of AVCA member coaches? Participation in the AVCA Silent Auction is sure to do just that. The Silent Auction will be open during convention hours on Thursday and Friday. All donations will be displayed in the auction area near registration.
The AVCA is seeking items with a minimum retail value of $100. Some ideas include sports equipment or gear, electronics, gift certificates, gift baskets, game tickets, trips, autographed items, sports memorabilia, etc.
Donate a product or service using the online Silent Auction Donation Form, and get your company featured on the AVCA Convention site. To maximize your exposure, view the Silent Auction Donation Guidelines for tips and types of donations that have been popular in the past.
The deadline for shipping auction items to AVCA Headquarters is December 2, 2024. Donated items may also be brought to the convention and given to AVCA registration staff in Louisville on December 18, or by 8:00 a.m. EST on December 19. Don’t miss the opportunity to stand out at this year’s show!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2023 AVCA Silent Auction held during the AVCA Convention December 14-15, especially the organizations that generously donated. $9,781 was raised to benefit the AVCA Diversity Scholarship Awards Program, which provides promising minority volleyball coaches funding for professional development at the AVCA Convention.
