The Golf Tournament & Full Convention Registration package includes all education sessions, meetings, access to Volleyball Marketplace, The AVCA USMC Honors Banquet, All-America/Players of the Year Banquet, Convention Kick-Off Party, AVCA Friday Night Party, Semifinal Matches Tailgate Party, and all breakfasts. The Golf Tournament includes green fees, cart, warm-up range, transportation to/from golf course, buffet lunch, gift bag, and prizes. Golf Tournament registration deadline is Dec. 1 and there is a limit of (110) participants in tournament. A Golf Tournament & Full package does not include the Pre-Convention Seminar, ACE Seminar, NCAA match tickets, or Champions Party tickets.

The Weekend Registration package begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 15. Please note the Weekend Package does not include the All-America/Players of the Year Banquet. Weekend attendees may go to the educational blocks that begin at 10:30 a.m. as well as Volleyball Marketplace. The Weekend package includes all Friday and Saturday education sessions, access to Volleyball Marketplace and the AVCA Friday Night Party. A Weekend registration does not include the All-America/Players of the Year Banquet, NCAA match tickets, or Champions Party tickets.

A Virtual Convention Registration package includes the pre-convention seminar, all live and on-demand educational sessions, virtual Volleyball Marketplace, AVCA Career Center, and College Open Dates & Tournament Scheduling Center. Virtual Convention attendees will have access to the virtual platform Dec. 15 – 17 during the in-person convention in Tampa through February 15, 2024. On-demand education sessions, convention exhibitor information, career center postings/salary survey information, and scheduling center postings will be accessible during this time period.
Spouse/Partner Registration

A Spouse/Partner registration includes access to Volleyball Marketplace only. It does not include access to classroom educational sessions, meetings, banquets, or parties. Individual event tickets may be purchased for those wishing to attend banquets and parties. Only those attendees that purchase a Golf Tournament & Full, Pre-Con & Full, ACE Seminar & Full, Full, or Weekend registration package are eligible to buy a Spouse/Partner registration. The Spouse/Partner registration is not intended for school coaching staffs, support staff or administrators. Limit of (1) spouse/partner badge per registration.
Non-prospect age children are welcome to attend educational sessions, meetings and Volleyball Marketplace at no charge as long as they are accompanied by a parent attending the convention. Tickets may be purchased for children to attend banquets and parties with their parents. No ticket is required for children sharing their parent’s seat, i.e. lap-age babies/children. Due to NCAA legislation prospect age children are not allowed to attend convention activities that are closed to the public which includes educational sessions, meetings and Volleyball Marketplace. Parents of prospect age children may purchase a ticket for their children to attend banquets and parties with the parent as those events are open to the public.
