Entry to CHI Health Arena Using Digital Tickets
Coaches can enter with the Flash Seats mobile app on their phone or choose any form of digital ID (credit card or driver’s license) as your method of entering the arena. Your card will be swiped by a Guest Services Representative using a handheld device if you have added that card to your account during set-up. You will receive a seat locator identifying your seats. With Flash Seats, entry via the app or using your ID is what gets you into the arena. If you arrive without your registered identification, just go to the Flash Seats Resolution Window at the CHI Health Arena Box Office. You will need to provide some form of ID and verification information previously entered in your online account profile.
