The AVCA Boys’ Talent Showcase is a recruiting event developed for men’s team college coaches attending the AVCA Convention. The event is open to uncommitted and unsigned high school and two-year college boys volleyball players.
The talent showcase will be held from 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 19 in Hall 3 of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Please note there will be one wave of players and the AVCA expects approximately 60 – 80 kids to participate.
Coaches with an athlete that is interested in participating should note that registration will open in late September. Cost is $99 per athlete. Tickets to the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championships (both semifinals and finals) will be available for purchase to those who are interested.
AVCA is also offering a skills development clinic for registered athletes. For an additional $25, athletes can take part in the AVCA Boys Showcase Clinic on Friday evening, Dec. 18. Registered athletes will have a chance to learn and develop their skills with the guidance of elite men’s college coaches from around the country. A registration link as well as a showcase and clinic schedule of events will be available in September.
