Make sure to download the AVCA Convention app before arriving in Kansas City. The convention app will provide you with the latest convention information including:
- Schedule of events and ability to create a personalized schedule
- Push notifications of speaker and schedule changes
- Speaker information
- Education session handouts
- Exhibitor listings
- Show floor map
- Social media feeds
- FAQs and general convention information
The AVCA Convention app will be available through Whova by November 21. To download the AVCA Convention app please follow the steps below:

- Download the Whova app via the buttons above, or scan the QR code. The QR code will be available on November 21.
- Click the “Sign Up” button and create your account the first time you enter the Whova app.
- After the account is created click the “Find My Event” button and choose AVCA Convention.
