Delta Airlines
- Offers a 2%, 5% or 10% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to/from Louisville (SDF) December 9 – December 28, 2024.

You may also receive the discount by calling Delta at 800-328-1111 and referring to Meeting Event Code NY3EC. Representatives will be available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. EST to assist with reservations. There is not a charge for using this toll-free reservation number.
United Airlines
- Offers a 2% – 8% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to/from Louisville December 11 – December 26, 2024.
- To receive the discount click here and enter code ZPXN391186 if it is not automatically entered in the “Promotions and certificates” box.
- When using a travel agent or calling the United reservation line (800-426-1122) use agreement code 391186 and Z code ZPXN. Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations made online or over the phone. International attendees may contact their local United Reservation Desk.
