Auction items will be displayed in the auction area located near convention registration in Kansas City. The auction area will be open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. CT on Thursday, December 18, and 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. CT on Friday, December 19.

100% of the proceeds generated from the Silent Auction support the AVCA T.E.A.M. (Together. Empowerment. Accessibility. Mentoring.) Awards. The AVCA is committed to amplifying Togetherness, Empowerment, Accessibility, and Mentoring (T.E.A.M.) within the volleyball coaching community.
The AVCA T.E.A.M. Committee will focus on open, meaningful dialogue and action aimed at eliminating barriers to advancement in the volleyball coaching profession and to participation in the sport of volleyball. The Committee also seeks to elevate the sport through the AVCA T.E.A.M. Awards Program by embracing the power of recognition and the transformational effect of professional and personal development programming.
Winning Bidders
All winners will be emailed by 8:30 a.m. CT, Saturday, December 20. Winners attending the AVCA Convention in Kansas City may claim items between (PICKUP TIMES WILL ADDED SOON) on Saturday, December 20. Items NOT picked up on-site will be shipped from AVCA Headquarters in Lexington, KY, or directly from the vendor/donator. Please note, not all items are on-site and shipping depends on the item (as listed in the item’s description in the AVCA Auction Catalog ).
Donate to the AVCA Silent Auction!
Are you looking for a way to get your company name and product or service in front of thousands of volleyball coaches? Participation in the AVCA Silent Auction is sure to do just that. The Silent Auction will be open during convention hours on Thursday and Friday. All donations will be displayed in the auction area near registration and online in our Silent Auction Catalog.
The AVCA is seeking items with a minimum retail value of $100. Some ideas include sports equipment or gear, electronics, gift certificates, gift baskets, game tickets, trips, autographed items, sports memorabilia, etc.
Donate a product or service using the online Silent Auction Donation Form, and get your company featured on the AVCA Convention site.
The deadline for shipping auction items to AVCA Headquarters is “Giving Tuesday” on December 2, 2025 (Ship to: AVCA, Attn: Tara McGuire, 2365 Harrodsburg Rd., Suite A325, Lexington, KY 40504). Donated items may also be brought to the convention and given to AVCA registration staff in Kansas City on December 17, or by 8:00 a.m. CT on December 18. Don’t miss the opportunity to stand out at this year’s show!

A record breaking $11,464 was raised to benefit the AVCA Diversity Scholarship Awards Program, which provides promising minority volleyball coaches funding for professional development at the AVCA Convention.
