AVCA VIRTUAL CONVENTION POLICIES AND INFORMATION
- Virtual convention attendees receive one set of login credentials per registration. Login credentials may not be shared or used by others who have not registered. AVCA reserves the right to cancel the registration of anyone that shares individual login credentials with another person who is not registered for the virtual convention.
- All purchases must be paid in full by Friday, September 15, 2023 to receive the early registration rate and paid in full by Friday, November 3, 2023 to receive the standard registration rate.
- Payments made by check must be received at AVCA headquarters by Friday, December 8, 2023. Registrations will be cancelled if not paid prior to this date.
- Virtual attendees may register for the convention through Sunday, December 17 for live and on-demand programming or until February 15, 2024 for on-demand only programming.
- Virtual convention registrations are transferrable. Applicable registration pricing for the substitute attendee will apply.
- Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted in writing on or before Friday, December 1, 2023. No refunds will be given after December 1, 2023.
- High school players, regardless of membership status, are not eligible to participate in the AVCA Virtual Convention.
- Exhibitors receive a list of attendees that visited their virtual booth or requested a contact during the event. By completing the virtual convention registration, you agree to have your contact information shared with exhibitors for this purpose.
- By agreeing to these policies, you consent to receive e-mails from us containing important information about the virtual convention including news, giveaways, and promotions. These e-mails are designed to ensure attendees are fully informed about the convention and virtual platform.
- Opinions expressed by speakers as part of the virtual convention are their own opinions and do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of the AVCA.
- AVCA reserves the right to reject registration, deny event participation or remove from the event any person who, in the reasonable judgment of AVCA, does not meet registration eligibility requirements or is disruptive, threatening, distracting, or otherwise engaging in conduct detrimental or damaging to AVCA, the event, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or other event participants. Registration fee refunds will be considered according to the cancellation refund policy based on the date of registration rejection or denial of participation to or removal from, the event.
