The tenth annual Volleyball Business Exchange will consist of 5-minute appointments between club directors or club representatives and convention exhibitors from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12. Each exhibitor will have 5 minutes to discuss how their product or service can benefit your club. After one appointment is completed, the club director will immediately have another 5-minute appointment with a different exhibitor. Each club director will meet with each participating exhibitor for one 5-minute appointment. No club director will have more than 24 total appointments or meet for more than two hours. The exact number of appointments will depend on the number of exhibitors who participate.
A maximum of 24 club directors will be eligible to participate on a first-come, first-served basis. Those club directors who participate in all appointments will receive a $100 rebate on their convention registration package. The rebate will be distributed at the end of all exchange appointments.
